Canon (+ Canon Point): Final Fantasy XIV; Literally hours after the events of Ktisis Hyperboreia
CRAU: Yes; CRAU from Noctium + Seasons- the major point is while he doesn't remember doing it, he does have the knowledge that he totally caused the apocalypse for his world and he's trying to make amends (After going on a minor-rampage). He’ll also remember his time from Seasons previous, having a blink and suddenly months have passed rip-van winkle situation. It will be all very confusing for him.
Inventory: Ancient robes; Ancient Mask; Staff - same as before
Animal companion/Pet: His Caduceus minion.

Do their canon powers need capping: Yes - Because the Ancients in canon had the ability of creation magic, it will be nerfed for the purpose of this game to small non-living objects and that will drain significant energy; also wind/wind adjacent magic but that can be also nerfed to reasonable levels as well! He can also transform into an eldritchesq monster form with flight but flight can be nerfed to a limited span of time/height.
Season:Autumn
Reasoning behind the chosen season: Autumm is right before the metaphorical "death" that winter brings. Because of his CRAU and what’s happened at Seasons, there's still that spark of hope within him that mirrors the last life of autumn before everything goes barren.
